I am happy to give writing workshops to young people or adults. A little encouragement can result in the most surprising and wonderful work. Everyone has something inside them that can create a story.

How long is a workshop?
They can be suited to your requirements. Ideally, it’s good if the participants have time to read back if they want (no pressure! but often children especially love reading their own work out) and receive feedback. This can all be discussed beforehand.
Where will I go?
I live in Suffolk (near Southwold) and in London (Mortlake). In London I can travel almost anywhere. In Suffolk I would prefer venues within a 25 mile radius but am willing to consider going further afield!
Numbers
I prefer to give workshops to not more than 25 because then everyone gets a chance for feedback.
Notice
Please try to give me as much notice as possible (not less than 3 weeks).
Fees and Bookselling
I am happy to come to individual arrangements on fees. What I would ask is that my travelling expenses are paid and that my books are ordered in advance and are for sale through a local bookseller (if this is difficult I can bring stock myself).
